Vertical lathe VTL machine FAQ
1. Problem: When machining inner hole and excircle engender tapering.
Failure Cause : Vertical tool post ram and workbench can't keep verticality.
Solution: Readjust the verticality of tool post and workbench.
2. Problem: The workbench do not turn when it is normal working.
Failure Cause : Air switch trip, frequency converters protection, oil pressure is not enough.
Solution: Check the switch is whether or not trip, if frequency changer protection, regulate the pressure.
3. Problem: Fast moving tool post immobility.
Failure Cause :Fast clutch without electricity or clutch burn out.
Solution: Check the voltage is normal or not, replace the clutch.
