2 As for unoperated more than 8 hours equipment,Before starting the lathe machine, Keep slow running test for 3-5 minutes to check whether the lubrication system is smooth.

1 Frequently check the various parts of the equipment operation and lubrication system work.
2 It's forbidden to place tools,workpieces and metal objects on guide surface and the protective cover.
3 Several cleaning work after vertical lathe working
1 Clean iron and coolant on the surface, make sure screw is without black oil.
2 Cleaning iron and debris around lathe machine.
