Single Column Vertical Lathe application range and structural characteristics

Single-column vertical lathe is only used for machining small diameter workpiece. Single-column vertical lathe has a a vertical knife and side knife that form turning parts. Vertical tool post is used to process turning inside and outside the cylindrical surface, inside and outside the conical surface,end surface, slot and so on.There is also a pentagonal turret knife on the vertical tool post. Which can clamp a variety of turning tools and a variety of hole processing tools to drill, expand. Both tool posts can finish rapid movemnts. Beam is connected with vertical tool post,can move up and down along the column.
