Some operating rules in vertical lathe

Seriously follow operating rules of vertical lathe in the followings:
1 The workpiece can not be directly placed on the table. Workpiece should use sizing block or bottle Jack to support.
2 When alignment the workpiece, operator should point the table at the low speed, not allowed to alignment it at high-speed.
3 The table can only be open by hand,pedal action is strictly prohibited.
4 It is not allowed to do beam lifting and tooling fast moving when workbench is with rotation.
5 Before moving beam, operator should release the clamping device. And it should be immediately clamped after moving. Beam should rise a little to eliminate the gap of screw and nut each time.
6 For intermittent cutting, properly reduce the amount of feed and table speed
7 The joystick must be pushed to the specified position when changing speed. If the gear is not meshed, operator should adjust worktable fine.
